As far as academics go, I'm currently attending Bard College at Simon's Rock. It's a neat place. I'm a second-semester senior double-majoring in Computer Science and Music, currently writing my bachelor's thesis on musical improvisation by computers.
I also do computer programming, and have since I was 11. I'm well-versed in Lua. I also know Objective-C and the Cocoa framework fairly well, as well as C++ and Java. Recently I've been working in JavaScript for web development - node.js and jQuery in particular. I'm constantly messing around with new languages and APIs as well.
When I'm not studying, coding, or playing video games, I do stuff with music. I've played the piano since I was 4, and have composed for significantly less time.
